[BGB] Ultra-modern gaming.

I've always lumped ultramoderns in with Fantasy gaming. Both genres have 
made-up rules, wth little or no basis in any kind of reality. I think 15 years is 
too short a period to get enough of the classified info needed to make the 
rules "historical". That said, sometimes I like to play fantasy games.
