parking lot. He rams one police car and gets back on the highway. Finally, a
deputy rams the Caddy, which has been going up to 100mph on the wrong side of
the road. He is left paralyzed and sues the police for unreasonable use of
force.
The case makes it to the Supreme Court.

Frankly, I think the story ended just like it should.
Seems right to me. I'm surprised about the Stevens dissent. He's liberal,
but usually not unreasonably so.
