[BGB] Fwd: Lugar on Iraq

This is  Senator Dick Lugar's speech on Iraq from last Monday night.  I think 
it's  right on the mark on what we should do there, which is get out of 
Iraq's civil  war but remain in the region to provide stability, while engaging the 
 countries in the Middle East to resolve the disputes in the  region.  It's a 
tall order, but it has a much better chance of  success than simply staying 
in Iraq and continuing to do what we're doing,  particularly in light of the 
political climate in this country.
