[BGB] What is shooting down our Helicopters in Iraq?

Well today's Marine Sea Knight is number 5 in 2 weeks.  

I haven't heard anything about what is shooting them down.  Have any of you guys?  

Per the BBC one witness said it was a missle that got the 46 today.  http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/6338787.stm

Its not the most stealthy (heat masked) nor armored helicopter in the inventory.  Was it just dropped by a lucky RPG shot, HMG fire or are they using man portable SAMs?
