     While I am not a moderator, I'd think that a less obviously partisan view (the article you posted uses phrases like "Bush cabal", after all) might be more helpful.  Unfortunately, I am not sure that a non-political discussion of the issue can be had.  Certainly one based on that article would be nearly impossible.
