Volunteers for Havoc

 

We need volunteers to help set-up Friday and work the desk Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at Havoc.  The table set-up should start early Friday afternoon around 1:00 (Gregg adjust as needed also to and confirm with Tom on Table delivery time).  I envision the following schedule breakdown for the desk:

Friday 6:30-8:30 one - two people

Saturday 8:00 - 1:30 three people

Saturday 1:30 - 6:30 two people

Saturday 6:30 - 8:00 one person

Sunday 9:00 - 12:00 one - two people
