[BGB] Annual Meeting this Saturday

Rob needs to send the specific address and directions. All I can remember is that the address is on Cedar St in Wellesley and that to get there you take Rte.9 west from Rte.128 and after about 1/2 mile take the first regular exit ramp off Rte.9 (that leads to an overpass) and that the building with Rob's office is actually located on the exit ramp, before you get to Cedar St.

    Don't forget the annual meeting for BGB is this Saturday, the 21st, at Rob Guerden's office.

    A tentative agenda is as follows:

    Old Business:

    - Final report on Havoc 2006

    - Financial Report

    - Final revision of BGB Email list rules

    - BGB Activities in past year

    New Business:

    - Proposal of new members

    - Election of Officers

    - Havoc 2007

    - BGB Game support for TotalCon

    - Future BGB outreach activities

    - Dues

    If you have any other items you think should be on the agenda, let me know..or just bring them to the meeting.
