Gregg Belevick has the website for the next Havoc up an operating.  While the website isn't "fully functional", the flyer for next year's Havoc is now available.

The Havoc flyer is located under "Havoc News" in the 'Havoc Info" section.  Individuals planning to attend Historicon next week, please consider printing some copies and distributing them at the convention.
