[BGB] Annual Meeting

Folks,

It's starting to get to be that time of the year again and I want to set up the date for our annual meeting. Under the bylaws, the earliest we can have it would be the weekend of Sept 23-24 (of which I can only make it on the 24th). After that, since I will be away the first half of October, the next weekend dates that I can make are October 21-22. The latest weekend dates we can have it are Nov 18-19. I want to make sure we both have a quorum and that both present and potential officers are able to make it, so let me know what dates are viable. I will pick one, assume we can get a place to meet, and schedule it. Also, please let those members not on the email list know about it.
